Information we collect
When you send a project request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project ZIP code, room details, budget and timing preferences, notes, and any photographs, videos or documents you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use this information to review your project, contact you, prepare design or planning recommendations, estimate the scope of work, schedule services, maintain project records and protect the website from misuse.
Photos and videos
Project-request files are stored privately and are available only through the owner-protected project-request area. They are not published in the portfolio without your separate permission. Images selected for a completed-project portfolio may be presented publicly as examples of our work.
Service providers
We use website hosting, database, file-storage and email-delivery providers to operate this website. A text summary of a submitted request—including contact details and project information—may be sent through FormSubmit so the owner receives an email notification. Uploaded photographs and videos are not attached to that notification.
Website measurement
The site records privacy-friendly daily totals such as the page visited, referring website or campaign source, and completed project requests. This measurement does not create advertising profiles, use tracking cookies, or store IP addresses or personal form details in the analytics dashboard.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with service providers that help operate the website or deliver project services, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the business and its customers.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for project review, business records, legal obligations and dispute prevention. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
Your choices
Uploading files is optional. You may contact us without sending photographs or videos, and you may request access to, correction of or deletion of information connected to your inquiry.
